In 1996 Redwood Children's Services, Inc. (RCS) began its Foster Family Agency and has since served over 1000 children in Mendocino and Lake Counties. We currently have 50 foster homes and provide ongoing training to these dedicated foster parents. RCS has proven ability to establish programs, honor contracts, and to meet the requirements regarding documentation, communication, and administrative reinforcement.
