TLC Child and Family Services is a private, non-profit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing shelter, education, guidance, emotional healing and support to children. The programs currently in place at TLC include emergency shelter services, a foster family agency, special needs adoption services, non-public schools, and residential homes for adolescents. Our goals at TLC Child and Family Services are: 1) To heal children that have psychological and emotional issues, enabling them to gain attitudes and skills for a successful transition to their next stage in life; and 2) To provide permanence for these children in homes—through renunification with their birth family, by finding them an adoptive family, or by placing the child into a residential treatment group home.
