The Lake County Library has branches in Lakeport, Clearlake, Middletown and Upper Lake. Lake, Sonoma and Mendocino County Libraries share an online catalog and circulation system, so one library card is good anywhere in the three counties. We have story times for pre-schoolers at some branches (see the Mendo-Lake Family Life calendar for details)The Summer Reading Program begins in June--children earn prizes based on how many library books they read. The library subscribes to several online research databases that students can use for homework research. Go to the website and find Research Databases.
